WWYF Returns Policy



Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from us for a full refund within 7 days of receipt. However we have our own returns policy in place allowing you 28 days from the date of dispatch to return your order to us.

WWYF Goodwill Returns Period: If you return an item for an exchange within 28 days of purchase, then the returns period will be extended by another 28 days from the date we dispatch the replacement item, so long as the total period does not exceed 56 days from the date of purchase. 




If you wish to cancel an order you have just made and the item has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us for a refund or exchange (see below). If the order has not yet been processed then we will be able to cancel your order and make a refund back to your payment card within within 7 days (this time period excluded the credit card processing companies and your own banks processing times). 




If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item or items to us in their original condition* within 28 days of dispatch. We will issue a refund within 7 workings days of receipt, or issue an exchange within 7 working days for exchange requests. However, delivery charges are only refundable if you have cancelled your entire order within the 7 day Cooling-Off Period or where the goods are faulty and a refund is made.


For exchanges, we will be able to send you your replacement item within 7 days upon receipt. Please ensure you clearly state your returns instructions on the returns form. 


Please note:


The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.


The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.




If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.



*When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Jewellery care guidelines: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratching your jewellery by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply any unnecessary force.
